Dr. Randall grew up in Bridgewater, NJ. He completed his medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS), graduating in the top of his class. He then pursued specialized training in facial plastic surgery through a five-year Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa. During his residency, he contributed to multiple peer-reviewed journal publications and presented his research at national and international conferences. He further honed his expertise with a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under Dr. Edward Farrior in Tampa, specializing in rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, and aging face procedures, including facelifts. Afterwards he spent a year in New Zealand with his family, where Dr. Randall worked in a locum position, refining his skills in rhinoplasty and aging face procedures. The family has since returned to New Jersey, settling near Morristown where he opened his facial plastic surgery practice.
